I teach in the Rapid City School District program called Homebound. I work with students that can't attend school due to medical issues. This is a K-12 program, so we teach whatever we can support that the students are enrolled in. Between my coworker and myself, we are certified or endorsed in all of the core classes, and I can also teach French or German. My girls are grown, and I have 2 grandkids, both 3 years old, a boy and a girl, whom I love dearly. In my spare time I like to be outdoors kayaking or riding my motorcycle.

This is my 11th year in the Douglas School Dist. in Box Elder (just east of Rapid City). I spent 10 years as a 4th grade teacher, but this year switched to the Gifted Ed Resource position. In other words, I AM the Gifted Education Department. It has been a learning experience. I have one 10 year old son - which is also a learning experience! I enjoy spending time with my family and finding new ideas to share with my students.

I am the mother of a 2 year old and a 6 month old. I teach all four grades, 9-12, high school English at Tripp-Delmont High School and am the yearbook advisor.
I taught kindergarten this year but am moving back to my beloved third grade next year. I have taught in Webster since 1984. I have three children. I love to walk, erercise, and shop (which is exercise, right?)!
